Hi,
I am writing on here as I have been unable to make any contact with a sky representative, and I am constantly cycled back to the same 7 step process.
The WiFi router is inconsistent and regularly drops. This has now consistently happened in two seperate properties with the same router. We have upgraded our speed, but that has not made a difference. There is no consistency in the timings of the drop-outs; sometimes it happens 4-5 times in an hour, at other times it happens between 5-6 once or twice.
Secondly, there was a guarantee that sky will provide 'wall-to-wall' WiFi. This is not currently happening, and any attempt to rectify this leads me to the 7 step cycle which tells me what to do with a Sky Booster, but not how to obtain one.
I would appreciate someone from the Sky team reaching out to me to resolve these two points.
Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Gdobbins The drop outs that you are having, are you able to run the broadband test at anytime. Also which lights are going out when this happens?

The drop-outs only happen for a short period of time - say 1-2 minutes. I haven't had chance to run a diagnostic at the time of drop-out, and I can check the light situation next time it happens. When I have run the broadband check shortly after a drop-out, it shows no issue.
It becomes inconvenient when you are on video calls, but isn't isolated to when I'm on VCs.
