Connecting to broadband but no internet

I have disconnected the router from power and all other connections. Waited 10 seconds and reconnected. All lights are green. Mobile devices are connecting to the WiFi. What would be the next course of action

Cancel sky! I got so fed up of my broadband going down, it's been going down regularly for the past two weeks, I actually switched my supplier tonight! My broadband has had problems ever since I first had it!

@JimM1 it's a shame, because when it works sky broadband is actually good, I just got so fed up with it being down so much, and having sky stream means when the broadband is down I lose all TV services!
