Connecting smart lamps to wifi

Can I create a second wifi network on 2.4kHz or how do I change my existing 5kHz network to 2.4kHz as I am trying to connect some smart lamps and they are failing to connect as it seems they need a 2.4kHz network. Sky Max hub Thanks Paul

@Juddy7857 yiu cannot split the two wifi bands on a Sky Max hub as doing so would break its WiFi6 capability. Instead the recommended process is to find tge hub's advancdd settings in the My Sky app and temporarily turn off tge 5GHz band then when the hub has fully restarted connect your smart bulbs. Once connected go back intomthe app and restart the 5GHz band and the bulbs should stay connected

If tgey dont and there are some pretty poor bulbs out there consider buting a cheap 2.4GHz WiFi access point connect thst by ethernet to the Sky hub and use thst for IOT kit. Should cost around £20.
