Re: Connecting a PS5 to Sky wifi

Hello, I had to contact sky and reset the hub as the product wasn't appearing on my sky app. But afterwards the steps you said helped, also forgetting and re logging into the wifi via the ps5 🙂

To change the WiFi security level

  1. Open the My Sky app.
  2. Tap Product Settings on Home or the Broadband tab.
  3. Tap Sky Max Hub.
  4. Tap WiFi Settings then Advanced settings.
  5. Tap WiFi security levels.
  6. Use the Security level drop-down and select either:
    • WPA2 – A lower level of security
    • WPA3 – A higher level of security
    • WPA3-T – The default level of security

7. Tap Save changes.
