Connecting Sky Max Hub to Electric Vehicle charger hub

We recently installed a Sky Max Hub. I cannot connect the Hub to our Zappi Electric Vehicle charger despite following the online guides. All our other devices are connected to the new Hub fine. Any advice?

A quick Google search suggests that the charger might have issues with WPA3, which is the default security setting for WiFi on the Max hub.

To test, go into MySky > Broadband > WiFi settings > Advanced settings > WiFi security level > change the security level from WPA3-T to WPA2. Then try connecting your Zappi charger to WiFi again.

If it works, leave the security level at WPA2. If it doesn't, its not the security level that is the problem, so change it back to WPA3-T.

@Timp2 first with a mobile phone check that there is sufficent WiFi signal near the charger WiFi coverage outside your home is not guaranteed and you may need a booster insidecthe house near a window thst can see the charger.
