Connecting Sky Hub to Epsom ET-2650 Wi-Fi printer

I am trying to print to my wife printer, and Epsom ET-2650.

The printer can see the hub, I've entered the Hub's password but I get the following error...

Check network connection...MAC address of your printer may be filtered.

How do I turn off MAC address filtering on my router?

Thanks RDJB16

That epsom only connects to 2.4ghz wifi. So you will have to seperate the wifi bands so the printer can see 2.4ghz seperately

- Log onto router and go to wifi
- Go to 5ghz band and untick synchronise 2.4ghz and 5ghz
- Go to 5ghz ssid and add -5g at the end
- Save
- Go to individual devices and assign wifi band accordingly
