Hello in March I change to sky for my broadband, the engineer said before he left its all set, you can connect all your devices, in total we have 3 sky mobiles, 3 computers, which are rarely connected at the same time, smart spesker x 2 and connection to one TV through Amazon, and one through freestate, our TV is a smart TV and sometimes we access programs to watch. Normally only one TV being used. Can anyone help, the broadband speed is 900, connected by fibre into my house? I'm a pensioner not an expert, this is the first time I had problems since having broadband for many years.

What you might need to do is to install the HP printer app on your mobile and use this to setup your printer as this is what I did when setting up the very same printer that you have got.
Before doing this you might need to get the printer to forget the previous network
it was connected to:
- On the printer's control panel, press the Wi-Fi button and hold it for 10-15 seconds.
- The printer will reset the network settings and disconnect from the current Wi-Fi network.
Then use the HP printer app on your mobile to setup it up again.
