Connected wifi but “no internet”

Hi,

 

Today my wifi connection has suddenly dropped from both my phone and laptop. The wifi hub max device is showing a constant white light and the service checker shows that we have no issues in the area. When I try to connect to the wifi on a device I keep getting directed to a "Gateway Login"- I have tried the suggested username/password as seen on other forums here but nothing will let me login. Please help!
