Connected to WiFi but no internet
I'm writing for help about a new router, it is connected to WiFi but won't give internet access, I've tried restarting it and the cables are all fine, and there's no outages in my area, I'm making this post as a last resort because the sky online help is laughably terrible and and absolute joke, not to mention it's seemingly impossible to talk to an actual customer service helper, many thanks
