I have re booted several times. Re booted the main router as well. Tried moving the booster nearer to the main box. Still nothing. Really frustrating as the booster sends signal to an annexe where my daughter works from home. Will need the internet at 9am tomorrow

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MaryannJ reboot the Sky hub as well and try testing the booster in the same room as the hub.. If the booster has failed which is possible but unlikely if the power led is lit you can ask Sky to replace it if they supplied it
Howeve you should be thinking of a better way of connecting to the annex as boosters sre not duitable for longer disrances and definitely are not reliable enough for business use. The best solution would be to use an ethernet cable but failing that a Powerline adapter kit that uses the mains wiring can work assuming the annex gets its electrcal supply from the main home.
