Connect HP Envy 4507 printer to sky max router

I have recently changed my broadband to Full Fibre 100 with Sky max.  I am now having difficulty in connecting the printer to the router to enable wireless printing.  The sky help team have advised that I need to change the router settings to WPA2, but have not been able to explain how I can do this.  I have been told that there should be a link to advanced settings in the My Sky App and should enable me to do this, but I cannot find the link.  Can anyone help?

@Geoff552  When did you get the Max router and how long has it been installed for?

@Geoff552 the settings should be in Broadband, Product Options, Sky Max Hub if that is not appearing after signing out closing the app, restarting it and signing in with the email account you used when you ordered your broadband you will need Sky's help as they need to add the hub to your account.

@Leep1505 if you have the Sky Max hub try changing the WiFi security level from woa3-t to wpa2 as a first step. The setting is in the My Sky app in the product options/Sky Max Hub/Advanced setiings/WiFi security.

Hello there peeps this problem with the HP Envy 4507 and probably with most decade old printers is that it does not like the new security setting with the Max box , as soon as I changed it to WPA2 hey presto it worked . my printer has not been working for 5 months was going to get a new one but no issues now just got to re subscribe to HP ink now.
