Confirm I still have a contract with Sky for Broadband and Landline, & £23 a month as agreed on Weds

I wish to continue with Broadband & Landline (Vodaphone had informed you, without my consent, that I wish to cancel 

On Weds 26 I was offered and accepted  for £23 per month for these.  

And also Signature 27.50 and High Definition for £7.00 per month.

Total package is £57.50 per month.

Please confirm this and I`ll amend the Direct Debit.

On two occasions I was told someone would phone me at a particular time and no one did this.

It`s taken over two hours to sort this out.

@Lottie33 Unfortunately no one here can confirm any deal you have agreed, the community is mainly a customer to customer support platform, you will have to call Sky(or use live chat if its available) to confirm the details and the price.

@Lottie33 Although it is too late now sky are open 8am to 8pm, and the Forum is NOT sky Customer Service, so nothing at all is going to happen with your posting, that's a 100% guarantee to that! You need to call sales, and if you expect a call back just plan on it not happening! You may even find now that offer is just not valid anymore as time has well elapsed since wed!

This the Sky official forum and yes it is basically customers helping customers but over the years I have had several Providers and their official customer forums are read and where neccessary answered by their staff who take the case up with the Providers relavent dept.

@David382  Sky Staff can't take any cases up unless the posts are escalated to Skys Messaging Team, however the messaging service is down so no one can pick up any cases.

 

And only certain tpes of queries would be escalted in any case.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
