Complaint, used virtual assistant yesterday and today. poor connection

Tried using virtual assitance and calling helpine. to fix slow connective speeds on my devices. VA said could no help and suggested calling Helpline, which di not answer.

@Scott200 Not even sure if that is a sky number, see the link and need more help number to call will be displayed on the page.
