I have been told I'm going to get compensation (£168) because an engineer has come out more than 3xs and nothing has been resolved or set up. 

As I don't have sky broadband or landline, could this payment go straight to my bank and if it can how long will it take?

As far as I know compensation paid by Sky can only be paid to offset your bill, not to your bank account.
