Cityfibre box provided only worked for 3 hours before the adapter stopped working
The engineer arrived in the morning did the installation and everything was fine. Three hours after he left, the Internet went dead. The sky box is fine but no power on the city fiber box. Tested the adapter with a multimeter and no no voltage.

You'll need to phone Sky to book a replacement.
Sky has only been provisioning over CityFibre circuits for a few months, so I'm afraid there's no experience in this forum of whether that's a wider issue with CityFibre ONTs.

@Ecofriendly Like any new piece of electronic equipment, get past the first week then normally good for ever so they say, PSU must have died that death quickly!
