@Lady+Lynda You will need to connect the TV to the sky Hub via the wireless wifi connection or prefered over Ethernet wired. Once connected you should get signal and hopefully Internet connection on your TV!

Re: City fibre installation
@Lady+Lynda Your post has been moved from the Sky Go Board as your query in unrelated to the PC & Mobile app.
Do you get your broadband through Sky Via the Citfy Fibre network? If so your phone line/calls come vie the New Sky Hub, your old line will have already been disconnected when you transferred to Sky.

Re: City fibre installation
It doesn't sound like your Cityfibre broadband is working yet, check troubleshooting here:

Have you just transfered to Sky from another ISP, or have you had an upgrade by Sky.

Re: City fibre installation
We've had an ?upgrade by SKy(city fibre) questionable if it's an upgrade....
Amber light has turned green but still no TV apps. I've tried to follow the set up instructions and have the pattern imprint on my finger from holding in the button.

Re: City fibre installation
If the Cityfibre installation has only just been completed, it's possible your service hasn't been transferred yet.
Have you moved the Sky router to the Cityfibre ONT (the black box), does the router show the Internet is connected?
Going forward the phone service will be VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and will be connected to the router and not the wall phone sockets, are you aware of that?
