Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Bronllwyn if other devices are connecting properly it sounds like an issue with the Cromebook. Try using it closer to the hub as wifi signal strength drops with distance and is affected by walls, furniture etc between the hub and the device.
