Find out more@Trippyscuff run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection as that will tell you if Sky are aware of any issues affecting your service. If not it will try to test the connection and can ordercan engineer if it finds a fault. If it doesnt give Sky a call - if your landline is working dial 150 on thst for a free call - and report the issue.
