Checking my broadband speed and it’s showing 45 - 21 when it should be minimum 400

Just switched to 500 speed but only getting under 40, can you take a look please?

I've noticed that when my signal comes from London, it's around 350, but then when my signal goes under 40 it has switched to Maidstone.
