Checked 16:30 06-Sep-24 Guarantee should be 45.5 Mb/s confirmed on 22-Sep-21.

This has been happening for years and I notice it for sure when it drop out as I'm in the middle of doing something online.  Openreach engineers verbally confim a gain loss (underground) and never have enough time on their card to fix it -

Guarantee should be 45.5 Mb/s confirmed on 22-Sep-21.

If, after the first 14 days after activation, your broadband throughput line speed drops below 45.5 Mbps (your Minimum Guaranteed Download Speed), for 3 consecutive days or more I can cancel the broadband contract without penalty - is this correct> - aLEX.

@Scott_a16

Although the Sky app is saying your minimum guarantee is 41.2mbps, if you have it written from Sky that your guarantee is actually 45.5mpbs and they cant fix the problem then you should be allowed to walk away penalty free yes.
