I signed up to the £23/month broadband offer and in on my second month was charged £41.40 with no explanation. Has this happened to anyone else?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreJust to make you aware your first couple of bills are generally higher, basically due to the dates they cover (over the usual 28 days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check out your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links
