Changing to new contract

I have recently recieved a letter inviting me to renew my contract with the option of renewing to a 12 or 24 month plan. 

When i click to "view my renewal options" th epage says loading but never does.

 

A different route sky.com/broadbandoptions prompts me to insert me reference number which then isn't accepted or allow me to click through.

 

I have been logging in every few days since 15th Sept to try and see if this has resolved adn it hasn't.

 

The virtual chat is useless

@Sue275 Easier just call sky sales and have them do as you need!

@Sue275 tgecforum software doesnt allow numbers to be posted. If calling from your Sky Talk line dial 150for a free call but kinesxare very busy so 15 minutes is pretty typical.
