As far as I can tell, that simply isn't true as Pay As You Talk calls are clearly included in the base price and you should use the website images to complain.

Just to be clear, Pay As You Talk is included as standard, there is no obligation for you to ever make or receive a phone call or even plug a phone into the hub.
If they are saying they will charge you £4 extra because you are insisting on not even having Pay As You Talk enabled, then that is a different conversation. Just never use it and save £4!

Pleased to report that I challenged the extra £4 and have set in train the transfer of broadband and phone number from Vodafone to Sky in 2 weeks time. I added TNT Sport to my TV package which was activated immediately. I then found that Vodafone had immediately cut off my telephone! When I spoke to Vodafone they did re-instate it with the explaination that there was a 'small fault' on the line. Just reinforces my decision to move.
