I'm having difficulty connecting some devices to my router, and wish to change the security settings to WPA2. However, the router says this is managed automatically and will not allow me to change it. Is there a way round this, please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@PJG81 do you have the new Sky Wifi Max hub by any chance? That is the only Sky hub offering wpa3 however most wpa2 devices should link as it runs a compstability mode by default but it sounds like your's wont. You could not change the setting when the system was first released but I believe that is either in a new update or one coming soon with the switch will be in web interface.
All other Sky hubs use wpa2-psk by default.

Thanks @Chrisee - it is indeed a Wifi Max hub. We only switched to Sky this month, so I guess we have the latest kit. I'll have to wait for the update, then, and meantime keep entering the passcode every day - I know I could change the passcode to make that easier, but I don't want the other trouble that would cause!
