Hi, I have a new device that requires 2g,how can I switch my router to dual

@DarrenC2 all current Sky are dualband with both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands using a single SSID. Some devices cannot connect to a dualband SSID if your new device is one of those then you either need to temporarily turn off the 5GHz band connect the device and re-enablectgec5GHz band. That is the only way to connect devices to thecwhite Sky hubs - the settings are in the Advanced section of the Sky Max settings in the My Sky app.
