Changing broadband from 5 to 2.4

I have tried to change my broadband from 5 to 2.4 but when I untuck the box and press apply I get the message safari can it open the browser as access to the network has been lost

Using the Safari browser (particularly over WiFi) is known to be a problem when changing Sky Hub settings.
