Changing address the box is being sent to

I have ordered broadband and sent the box to my new flat and I may not be in as im unsure when it may arrive. Is there of changing to delivery address ans send it to current flat I know someone will be at.

@Saffron14 for security reasons Sky send tge hubs to thecaddess forvthe service. If nobody is around to take delivery the postman should leave a card telling you where to pick up the package.

Okay thank you! I was worried incase they gave it to a neighbour because I havent met anyone yet! or just left it on thr door step!
