Smart plugs won't connect to my Sky max hub. Need 2.4ghz to connect. How can I do this on my hub?

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band.
