@shamusy

Firstly you need to call Sky asap and cancel the cancellation. Hopefully the process is not too advanced already. Cancelling cancellations has been known to be problematic.

You would need to call Bt to cancel and move to them if you have signed up and been given a date your broadband was due to be switched to them.

@caesaromeWhen I was moving from BT to Slky in the last few days, BT called me and offered me a deal and said they could stop the move. So with @shamusy  case I would give Sky a call and they can then stop this transfer as they still have the live service. If they can't then it would be a call to BT.

If someone has helped give them Like.

@shamusy this is Ofcom's page on the subject https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/costs-and-billing/switchi...

As you will see at the bottom of that page you have up to 14 days after the switch happens to cancel the switch without charge so it is not too late.

Call Sky and tell them you wish to stick with them - its their job to action your decision in this case and they tell BT. Hopefully Openreach, who do the actual work in switching  don't mess up.
