Changed WiFi name and password, now lost total connectivity, pls help!!!!

Help please!!! So I moved to Sky from Virgin Meida and need to change my new Sky WiFi details to my VM WiFi name as I have so many devices connected to those details I.e. speakers, lights, lamps, cameras, doorbell, music etc... I tried to change the Sky WiFi name etc via Mysky app, following Sky website instructions but could not because under settings/Broadband it only showed broadband shield and Internet security. I tried 3 times and eventually phone Sky. After a while was talking to a chap who just appeared to be reading a guide and asking me to reconfirm things I had said several times, but he could not make any progress either. I even installed the MySky app, reset the router etc... nada. So then he got me to type in to the bowser 192.168 etc... and got in to the WiFi settings but then we got cut off. So I go back to the Internet page of 192. Etc and change the Sky WiFi name and password to the old VM details and clicked apply ... and everything went wrong. Now the Sky WiFi with the new or old VM name ( that i thought i changed it to) is not showing up in the available WiFi names. Now I cannot get the 192.1 page to load either, maybe because I am on mobile data?? AND the Sky phone line is closed for Heaven forbid anyone would ever want help after 9pm. Meanwhile we have no WiFi, so including doorbell, lights etc and NOW access to our devices as well. I am not popular. Serves me right for trying to do this on my own I guess!!! PLEASE, will anyone help me out!!! Fingers crossed.
