Change the delivery date of Hub

Hi. We have just signed up for broadband. When we did it said we could change the delivery date of the hub on the app but I seem unable to do so. We are moving into our new flat on December 8th so we won't be able to receive the hub before this date as we don't currently live at the address. How can we amend this?

@Jennifer_k13 the hubs are nirmally sent by post so if nobody accepts the.packet the postman should leave a card you can use to pick it up from the local sorting office.

The date can't be changed as it is sent automatically when the order is accepted so it arrive a couple of days before activation/installation?

did the advisor confirm which address they were sending it to?
