Change public/external/wan IP address on SKY Max Hub.

In my house people work from home.

Various sites cannot be accessed.

The router has been replaced but various sites still cannot be accessed.

I want to try changing the public/external/wan IP address on SKY Max Hub. There does not appear to be a means of doing that in the SKY Max Hub. I have left powered down the fibre broadband and router for over an hour. This has not changed the IP address. We cannot leave it off for 24 hours.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Paparory  Have you checked the broadband sheild settings to make sure they are off the default of PG13 or is this more about sites that are in the UK but say you are outside the UK and not able to access?

It looks like it was the shield, it was blocking linkedin and web.whatsapp amongst others.
