Change of broadband from copper wire to full fibre

I've changed my broadband from sky's copper wire to sky's full fibre broadband recently (early June). Now I can't connect my new broadband router to the my sky app. I was wondering if anyone can help me out. I'm still at the same address so that's not an issue

@Andrewlord You need to call sky, looks like you have an account issue with your Max product and only sky can sort that out for you!

@Andrewlord Did you just put the sky max hub onto the connection! Also try the link below for the app!

I know an engineer came out to fit the hub max! Ever since when I go to product settings it says I have no products with sky! The old WiFi router is on its way back sky, so unsure if that's having an effect
