It don't work it asking for name and password

@Wendy101 the namexand password is in the instructions I linked to but assuming you have the black Sky hub the name is admin and the password is the one on the label BUT be careful it is easy to misread the charactersxand read a letter like I as a number 1 or vice versaa.
