Change ip address on sky WiFi max hub

@-rpnz- please help, I tried to change my ip address by switching off the router for 12 to 24 hours but it won't help me, kindly tell me the exact way to change ip address on sky WiFi max hub.

Switching off for 24hrs should definitely clear your public IP. Are you sure its the same?
Is there a specific reason you want to change your public IP?

Yes I am sure, I switched off the router for 24 hours but still same ip address.

Maybe my ip address is static but how to change static ip address?

It isnt static as Sky don't offer static IPs. Another method you could try is logging into the Sky routers admin interface and then going to the status page & clicking 'disconnect' & 'reconnect' on the interface
