Change from now superfast to sky superfast
Hi,
I'm on Now superfast powered by sky with a average 75mb/s and close to renewal date. I wanted to switch to sky superfast to get a discount but when I call sky, I got told they can only put me on superfast 35 despite getting more now the the BT wholesale showing I can get up to 80mb/s. They won't let me get the superfast 80 saying it is not an option for my address.
What should I do please?

@G931 Take the hit and downgrade your package, or stay with NOW presently!

Not very helpful comment 😅 trying to understand why it is not available despite the speed I can get

Re: Change from now superfast to sky superfast
@G931 It was you who pointed out that sky will not make available the Superfast package as they have lowered it to the 35Mb/s speed limit. Also some older info below!
NOW Broadband is powered by Sky, so offers a similar service along with the exact same router and Sky Talk home phone plans. The downside is NOW Broadband customers can't access the same savings on Sky TV as Sky broadband customers can, and the WiFi Max add-on to improve wireless coverage in the home costs a little more too.
WiFi Max costs £4 per month with Sky, while NOW Broadband customers pay £6 per month. Sky broadband customers can also save up to £7 per month by bundling Sky TV at the point of sign up, making it an exclusive discount unavailable elsewhere.

Re: Change from now superfast to sky superfast
My issue is not necessarily the saving. It's that apparently now powered by sky let me have a 80mb/s while sky can only see my address as 35mb/s. Would like to know if anyone got the same issue and how they resolve it
