Hey, so im a new customer to Sky and i have the Sky max package and im unable to turn off the broadband shield. The shield is preventing me from access stuff for my work so i need it turned off. When i go to the shield page to try turn it off i can can see the setting for a split second before it gives the error message "we're sorry - there has been a problem please try again"

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@shaunc1988 Inhave escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum. It maybe tomorrow g]before they pick it up but when thry do they will invite you onto a chat through the forum where a chat icon will be added.

I have the same problem!. I can not even book ticket from the website that i always use. before I was with Virgin and no issuse.
I sent email to sky and I go reply with the link how to use Shield.. when i mentioned that i can not even log in !!! what the hell... this company is one of the worst;/
also no live chat. another uselles chat boot.

I got it sorted, i called up and the advisor was able to turn it off from thier end so my laptop works now
