@Ryaners Are you in the UK or Ireland?

UK Bank accounts need to be 6 digit sort codes and 8 digit account numbers.

Irish accounts should have IBAN I believe

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yeah I'm the same. The online order form won't accept my SIRO account number either.

My account number is shorter than what is asked for in the typing box.
