@01lojohnston quite a common issue as in many homes you need more than a single WiFi source to get a decent signal in every room. Its down to layout and how your home is built. Sky can sell you an addon called wifi max which can supply up to 3 wifi extrnders if thry are required its explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
