Cant get wifi all over the house

We have moved ne of the sk glass pucks to a bedroom from downstairs and i think we need some sort of booster to get working plus grand children have o wifi in play room for there gaming thank you

Best bet is to contact sky and see if you can get a booster 

even better would be to invest in a mesh WiFi system (can pick up used or new for under £100)

Note that unlike Q television, Sky will not loan a booster just to get Stream working, and Stream pucks themselves do not act as boosters or mesh units.  You could claim one (or more) boosters if you are a Sky Broadband customer who also subscribes to Broadband Boost or Max WiFi.

We pay extra for internet to be up to speed all around the house but struggles in certain areas

In that case you'll need to contact Sky directly to go through the diagnostic process to claim booster hardware under either Broadband Boost or WiFi Max.

Hi @FARLEYJ my broadband was the same when I switched to Fibre Max. After a phone call and some diagnostics Sky sent me a couple of Max Pods and the coverage is great all over the house now. 
Definitely worth a call.
