Cant get mail box to work on my phone since i switched from bt

Can't get emails to work on my Android phone, I've tried all that I can think of, it went faulty when I switched to sky from bt last Wednesday

Is that inbound or outbound email?

 

For sending, if you were previously using a BT SMTP server then you'll need to change that setting to one associated with your email account provider: Sky Broadband doesn't do its own SMTP for non-Sky email addresses.
