Cant connect to internet

I've tried doing the trouble shoot but it says it'd unavailable. I've been attempting to get reconnected for the last 3 hours. Is anyone else having the same issue. Website says there are no other outages so I'm really confused.

The wording is very misleading: 'no outage in your area' refers to issues affecting multiple users, and absolutely doesn't mean your own individual circuit isn't down.
