Cant connect to internet

Can anyone please help me?? All lights green on my Sky Q hub but I CANT connect to internet and have already missed one work meeting!! Grrr technology. I've done all the check steps and even unplugged EVERYTHING and re-started it all...

If you've already been though the online checker & tried resetting your router then you'll need to call Sky for them to look at it and possibly send an engineer.
