I seem to have broadband connection and but my playstation and xbox devices are having problems staying connecting and syncing. My WiFi to my phone is also slow. Is there an issue, everything was fine yesterday.

Have you tried restarting your router ? you can unplug this for 30 seconds and plug back in and see if this helps,
Also do you have any boosters as this will need to be turned off and back on again, has anything else changed ?

Yeah I've turned it off at the wall.a few times. Sky check says ita poor connection to my devices. Was absolutely fine last night. Sky doesn't say there are any local issues.

Im thinking this maybe a slow connection rather than a wifi issue,

Hi,
Looking at this either your devices are too far away from the router or something is blocking the signal i.e metal or a brick wall.
If you cant move your devices closer then you will need a booster in between. you can ask sky for a booster.

My devices are about 5 feet from the router and separated by a wooden door which is open. As I said, was working fine yesterday.

The above is showing 2 devices as perfect signal and the rest as poor signal which usually indicates something further away or blocking signal,
Might be worth loggin into the router and changing wireless bands, could be a neighbor interferring.

Look under the wifi settings for the change band section.

Thanks ive changed to a few different channels but no luck. It's weird ill give you an example. I try to play E4 and it won't load the different programmes, same on my phone while using the wifi but when I turn my wifi off on my phone and just use mobile data it works fine. Definitely a wifi issue

Might be worth calling sky and getting replacement router then, could be the wifi has issues on it.
