Since May, me and my housemate have had sky broadband.
I can sign into sky.com, and there is an associated skyID.
I can access "My Details > SkyID", but anything else throws errors.
"Manage Account Info" leads to an empty page.
"My Sky > My Orders" leads to an error page.
"My Sky > My Bills" says "This page is restricted"
"My Sky > Your Products", "we cant process your online request right now".
If I try to "test my connection", it says "no address is associated with your account".
Finally, the crux of the issue, is that if I try to link my skyID to an account (which seems to be the solution to the problem):
I have never been sent anything that I can find my 12 digit sky account number on.
When I put in the correct postcode, name, and the last 6 digits of my bank account number, it says "We have been unable to identify this account with the details provided".

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@beeLC if you are the account holder and you really cannot remember the Sky id linked to the account call Sky but havecto hand details like the bsnk account you use to pay the direct debits as then customer services can reset the account. They can only speak to the named account holder.
