Re: Canon MG3650S printer won't connect to Wifi
Hi @WilkoPaul
I would note that the printer is approaching 10 years old now so its possible it does not like the WiFi 6 features of the newer Sky hub.
You can try and get it to connect by temporarily switching off 5ghz for the router in the My Sky app, then seeing if the printer will connect to a 2.4ghz only signal.

Re: Canon MG3650S printer won't connect to Wifi
Go to the My Sky app, go to the Max Hub's settings, click on Advanced Settings, click on the Disable WiFi button, dismiss the warnings that come up and you will see two controls, disable the 5GHz band.

Re: Canon MG3650S printer won't connect to Wifi
Hi. I'm having exactly the same problem with the same printer as upgraded to the max hub this week and have seen your question and answer.
Can you tell me did you enable the 5 GHz again for other devices to connect to once you got the printer to connect to the 2.4 GHz? And did the printer remain connected to 2.4? Hope you don't mind my question, I'm not very tech savvy.
Thanks
