I would note that the printer is approaching 10 years old now so its possible it does not like the WiFi 6 features of the newer Sky hub.
You can try and get it to connect by temporarily switching off 5ghz for the router in the My Sky app, then seeing if the printer will connect to a 2.4ghz only signal.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreGo to the My Sky app, go to the Max Hub's settings, click on Advanced Settings, click on the Disable WiFi button, dismiss the warnings that come up and you will see two controls, disable the 5GHz band.
