Cannot link Sky iD to Sky Account

Hello,

 

I am a Sky Broadband customer.  I am trying to link my Sky iD to my Sky Account, yet when prompted to provide the necessary details I am met with the error 'We have been unable to identify this account with the details provided' despite the details being accurate.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@BostonCeltics33 every Sky account has a primary Sky id linked to an email address so when you created the. Account did you use a different one? This help page https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id explains more.

 

If stuck you will have to call Sky so they can help you sort it out.
