Hi,
looking for help on how to claim the new broadband customer £80 gift card. I've found the "how to claim reward" page on my account but hit a dead end as there is no mention of the new customer reward or how to claim it. Any ideas? Would have thought that it could be don't at the click of a button rather than having to call customer services to obtain it.

yes, that's the link/area I was referring to. There is no mention of the reward I was expecting. Whether it doesn't appear eg for "x" number of days or whether my order hasn't been recognised as having a reward redeemable against it which is why I don't see it, I don't know
