Cannot contact Sky customer services at all - 28/04/25

What on earth is going on at Sky? I cannot contact any customer service number at all. How on earth can there be no way of contacting anyone today?!!

I'm a business customer with a broadband transfer supposed to be happening today. No one has arrived, no one has contacted us and we will be without broadband as our current provider is due to turn off services today and our business relies heavily on broadband.

Absolutely disgraceful.

@JayRS4  You've posted in a domestic customers community who won't be able to help with a business account.

Sky are aware there are issues with the phones this morning so you'll need to contact them later through the correct routes for a business customer.

It 2.12 and their cusomer service phone numbers are still not working  - how can a major business like this   [removed].  They still make you go through all the [removed] quetsions before they tell you
