Cannot connect to the internet - broadband tests don’t find an issue

The broadband/Wi-Fi tests do not find any issues in my area/home however we cannot load anything on the internet. My phone can connect to the wifi network, but doesn't connect to the internet.

 

The lights on the hub are as follows:

 

power = green 

internet = off, but flashing orange sometimes 

WiFi = green 

voice = orange 

 

Any suggestions? I am unable to request help as the tests show as no issues

@Matthew73How long had it been till you posted that your internet had been offline. As it takes the systems around 1 hour to see any drops in the connection in the service checker.
